Computer power management —A typical computer monitor uses 60 to 120 watts of electrical power, depending upon screen size.

• Do not use screensavers as energy savers as they continue to use the monitor at full power and do not conserve energy.
• Configure your monitor to turn off after 20 minutes of inactivity, your hard drive to turn off after 30 minutes of inactivity, and your desktop computer or laptop to go into a standby or sleep mode after 90 minutes of inactivity. (If your computer does not have a standby or sleep mode, or you can’t find it, simply turn off your monitor when it is not in use)
• Shut down your computer, monitor, and personal printer or place them in a standby mode when you leave the office for more than two hours.

Exams Exams Exams....

Exams are coming up....jus had my oral exam....for english, i had this PE teacher testing me....I mean, what the HECK does a PE TEACHER having anything to english? He was like checking the grading list every 5 seconds on how to grade me.....not only that, he told me my marks after my test!!!!( does any teacher does it???!) I asked around after the oral exam and found out that he was the ONLY teacher who actually told the student anything about what kind of marks he would give, why how, and so on....dunno whether to be sad or happy.....heck....whats done is done....you cant take it back.....

For chinese, I didn't really screwed up but had a pleasant surprise though....i had the HOD of chinese testing me...I've heard rumours that he was very mean, stingy with his marks, marked down ppl alot....etc etc....i found out that he was the opposite....gave me some tips on how to score for oral....said that i was better conversing then reading...and said I could go.....

Tr to do e-learning now....I mean I couldn't find anything to print, do....better look around somemore...maybe its hidden behind a different hyperlink.....

Well now I'm praticing for my Grade 8 exams (piano) on Wed....good luck to me!!
