A new computer?

I'm thinking of migrating to the 64-bit platform maybe end of this year or early next year.

Thinking of gettin a new mobo, gfx, cpu which has the same performance as my current rig or better....but unfortunately have a budget of around $1000.

Now using a 2.8E prescott, and i want to move over to AMD side.

Is my budget too much/little?
And any suggestions for my new rig? (thinking of getting a DFI mobo)

I do a bit of average O/Cing though...
